Are you aware that I have lost my job because of the very same kinds of
statements as made by Hardwick??   That my name has really been damaged in a
very serious manner?   I assure you I have NOT done this out of pique,
petulance or any other such motive.  I simply have no other options left to me.
I would MUCH rather be doing my academics, but until my name is cleared I am
afraid I have no choice (suggestions for alternatives will be GLADLY
accepted!)  Do you have a job for a person accused, even if falsly, of
paedophilia, sexual harassment, plagiarism, racism, etc etc etc??  Do you see
that until my name is LEGALLY cleared my claim of FALSE accusations is
meaningless?   I am afraid that what I am going through is NOT a flame-fest on
the net.  It is something MUCH larger.

I am not particularly pleased by it either, but how in the world should I go
about changing the nature of rules of evidence in Western Austrlia??  Again,
suggstions will be gladly accepted.

apologising if he seems a bit testy, but after three years of this kind of
stuff, my sense of humour has begun to suffer....
